Quality Inn Klamath Falls - Crater Lake Gateway

Decent low-cost motel. The staff was friendly. We had trouble with the tv and the staff came down and got it working fine. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, but the dining area was clean. The pool was not working, which would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The pool wasn't working. The dog area was about a very small area, maybe 8 x 20 feet.

Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the reception was kind.

The breakfast was pretty awful but as our road trip continued I realized that my standards/expectations must have been much too high because this breakfast actually offered “fresh” bread not in plastic packaging. All in all a good stay.

Beds and pillows were comfortable

TV speakers were going out, it would be high pitched and mumble off and on. The floors were not clean or mopped. Caused dirt and debris to get on our feet and bedding. There were dead bugs in the sink, white powder along the rim of mirror behind the sink, the sink wouldn't drain and the plus was not attached. The toilet was not cleaned, the ice machine and pool weren't working and was not told upon check in or online, there was no coffee available for guest in the lobby. Never got a receipt upon check out. Staff weren't rude but we're also not very welcoming. The breakfast was disappointing and the fruit not fresh, once they were out of something it wasn't restocked. One of the main reason why I chose this location was for the pool. Felt like this room had not been used in a while and they didn't bother to reclean before assigning someone to it

Everything was great and when I called with a small matter they were very helpful and took care of everything! I will definitely stay there again!
