"Alright"

The staff was great.

The room had a stale smoked in smell. Breakfast was fine, however, the morning we were there the coffee and juice machines didn't work.

The indoor pool.

All the bugs in the room and outside the room was the worst, the location, parking wasn’t great, ice machine never had ice in it, the rooms were way smaller than what the picture showed (very deceiving), and continental breakfast didn’t have much option.

"A 4 hour trip to Klamath Falls to rest turned into a 9 hour trip into California to rest."

When I checked in early to be sure my reservation was secured the office person informed me that she couldn't find it anywhere so we left to look for another room... eventually driving into California 100 miles away to get one. I contacted Booking.com that night to look into it making sure I wasn't charged for a 'missed' reservation. It was resolved... I think the next day. We'll see?????
