The only complaint would be the toiletry, bring your own shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash! Everything else was great! Would stay again

What a cool place! We used codes to get in inner and outer doors but were texted to see if we needed anything. The room was modern and comfortable and quiet. The location was Old Montreal/Quartier des Spectacles of Montreal-fun to walk in and explore. There was a kitchen on our floor if we wanted to store anything there or use the microwave.

Amazing location & spacious room!

Clean, great location

It wasn't clear that there would be no lobby or staff, just a code to enter and a code for the room. There is no elevator and the staircase is narrow. The lobby and staircase were worn appearing. The location is outstanding - could not be better. The room was terrific- clean, uncluttered and everything was in great condition. Now that we know it, we would definitely stay there again.

Very centrally located in old town tourist area but still very quiet at night. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities including robes and slippers. Croissants in am much appreciated and Nespresso machines with Cafe Olimpic capsules (incredible coffee) in the room was the best! Would have appreciated a little more info in how the kitchens and croissants worked when we first arrived.

In the heart of old Montreal and close to many attractions. We had a courtyard facing room and it did get a bit noisy otherwise great experience. Great room and good value with many little extras.

It was a perfect location and the room was just perfect! It had everything and the kitchen was great too as were the croissants left out every morning! There were lovely coffee shops and restaurants very close by and I’d definitely recommend this accommodation. We were also on a long trip so it was amazing that we could wash and dry our clothes so easily - you don’t get that on many places. This was a little gem!

The accommodation is well located, clean and very comfortable. All needs catered for and the decor and appointments are very tasteful. A common kitchen is provided on each floor. Bathroom and toiletries...excellent. Good value for money. A hint. Would be great to have power board for each side of the comfy bed so charging of devices can be close at hand. Shall come back but as I get older the stairs to level 4 may be a challenge. So lovely that warm croissants were provided in reception each morning. Such a thoughtful gesture.
