HOTEL SALINA

The property has falsely listed 24 hour availability on Expedia and across the internet, because of this I went to check in a little after midnight and the front desk was already closed. They refused to refund the first night of my stay due to them being closed.

When I booked my hotel I asked for a bottom floor room because im in a wheelchair. When I arrived to check in the nice lady at the desk looked up my reservation and she seen that it was noted that i needed a bottom floor room ,but all the bottom floor rooms were taking . Even though i made my reservation days ago, There was nothing she could do but offer me a top floor room but im in a wheelchair and cant walk up stairs . So i had to cut my vacation a day early and head home to Tucson Az from California .. not too happy

Our room was dirty. The room we stayed in was not clean. Black sticky gunk on the floor. I had to use the hotels towels and soap to clean the floors myself. I have a 2yr old. So there was no option to leave it as is. The lady that checked me in admitted that they overbooked my room with the king bed. Luckily they still a had room with 2 queen beds. The overall experience was okay staying here. But I probably would not stay here again.

place was very clean. staff Dawn was very friendly
