The two ladies at the fro desk are so friendly that you feel comfortable with them immediately.

215 was the best room. It was clean, nice shower all the rooms are very spacious

We arrived later at night and when given our first non smoking room, we had to ask for a different room due to the cigarette smell. Upon getting in our 2nd room we saw cockroaches. I went to the hotel lobby this morning to see if we could get a later check out and mentioned the cockroaches. I had told the front desk person I wouldn't write a review if they would waive the 25 dollar late fee check out to which the hotel staff was very rude and insisted blackmailing is worse. I've never written a hotel review before but I've stayed in 150+ hotels in the last 5 years and this one is easily one of the worst. Also very noisy and the screen to the windows are bent in so when using the tiny bathroom with no fan, you have to open the window leaving a big wide open hole with no protection from bugs. Would not recommend, spend $20 more to get a better hotel and customer service

ALL of the staff is friendly and happy. They were attentive if I needed anything, and if I didn’t, they respect your privacy. But always are in the best mood with customers and each other…

What’s so unique is that EVERY SINGLE WORKER THERE is so unbelievably NICE!! Very personable and that act like they are genuinely Happy seeing you and that they LOVE their job. Smiling and laughing and going out of their way to speak or wave at you!!
