Kitchen sink was stop up only problem I had

Nothing!!

Upon checking in, there was nobody there! A random customer told us the desk man said to tell ppl he would hopefully be back. 20-30min later he returned. Once in room, its was absolutely disgusting!!! Everything from walls, to beds, curtains, floor, cabinets...stained & covered in Vomit!! 🤮 Everything! (We have video) When we went to front desk to tell them we were leaving, he said he didnt care. Still attempting to get a refund.

Love the staff and breakfast! Rooms and beds are so comfortable

The room smelled so badly of cigarettes that it was nauseating. Bugs crawled out of the sink drain when i turned on the water. The floor needed to be steam-cleaned, as it was turning my socks black.

No sé porque al abrir la puerta del cuarto se siente un mal olor Yo sé ése olor es algo normal. No sé si sea por el tiempo que se están cerrados los cuartos oh que pero es fuerte. Tu sabes que cuando conoces a alguien, la primera impresión cuenta mucho y eso fue lo que pasó ahí. Mi primera impresión fue que me enviaron a un cuarto de fumadores y no me gustó. Fui a la oficina nuevamente y me recibió este mal olor pero me aguante, de esto no dije nada, pero ya que me lo preguntan aquí pues aquí sí lo digo. Pero yo creo que es algo que sí se puede arreglar si es que le dedican un tiempo.
