Over booking después de realizar dos veces el chekin precio y nos dejaron tirados y mal trato del recepcionista que no facilito la adaptación del idioma y alargó el proceso de cancelar la reserva de booking para ver si seguían el cobro para hacer como que no te presentaste. Regrese para solicitar de nuevo el email de cancelación.

"Disgusting! Room covered in vomit!"

Nothing!!

Upon checking in, there was nobody there! A random customer told us the desk man said to tell ppl he would hopefully be back. 20-30min later he returned. Once in room, its was absolutely disgusting!!! Everything from walls, to beds, curtains, floor, cabinets...stained & covered in Vomit!! 🤮 Everything! (We have video) When we went to front desk to tell them we were leaving, he said he didnt care. Still attempting to get a refund.
