"Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Room Conditions"

The location. Landscape

I recently stayed at your property, and my experience was extremely disappointing from the very start. When I approached the front desk to check in, I was not greeted at all. After I said “How are you doing, sir?” to the young man assisting me, he ignored the comment and simply repeated, “How can I help you?” That was the first red flag — and it quickly became clear that customer service was not a priority here. I had reserved two rooms. When I went to the first one, the key didn’t work, so I had to go back down to the front desk. I remained calm and polite, as I understand things happen. After returning to the room, the key finally worked, so I moved on to check the second room. When I entered the second room and turned on the floor unit, it started making a loud whistling sound. I turned it off, and the noise stopped. Once again, I went back downstairs to inform the front desk. They asked if maintenance could check it out, which I agreed to. The maintenance worker came and confirmed that the unit couldn’t be fixed that day, so I would need to be moved. Still, no one offered an apology or even expressed any concern about the inconvenience. Later that night, around 2 a.m., I returned and tried to take a shower. The tub filled up with water and would not drain properly. I thought the stopper might be down, but it wasn’t. After waiting 15 minutes, the water still hadn’t drained completely. To make matters worse, there was some type of chemical residue floating on the water — likely from cleaning — and visible mold in the tub. Throughout the entire stay, not one employee apologized or showed any empathy for the multiple issues I experienced. The rate for the room was over $180 plus taxes, and this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in my 38 years. The manager on duty at checkout also showed no sympathy — neither on the phone nor in person. This level of service and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable.

"Horrible, this place needs to be shut down......"

There was only one thing good about this place and it was me taking my sleeping meds and actually sleeping through the night. They place is horrible. It starts at the front desk.

The attitude of the management, the fact you can't use cards here they will make you use the inhouse ATM To pay for the room. But here is the catch they make you pay $100 more. Absurd to say the least. The lady at the front desk wow is all I can say started with her racist attitude. She didn't like the fact that an intellectual white male in a wheelchair wasn't dumb to there tactics. She stated to me your one tough cookie. Well your right I read everything through and through. Good luck next time. But yeah despite us having to pay an extra $100 they could have held the bugs that were in the room. This place will never see me again.

It was right out the expressway

The TV didn’t work. They came by and checked on the TV. It worked for a little bit and then it stopped working and the outlets were wore out.. the Chargers would not hold it in there and then there was some outlets that did not work at all. It was very frustrating.

"Our Days Inn"

My momma loves Days Inn so we really enjoy staying at them.

I booked 5 rooms in two rooms the TV wasn't working and it took them forever to come get it on. Also in my room, the water pressure was very low and would turn very cold.
