staff rude cussed at mt kids and threatened my nephew with the law cause she thought he was lied no hot continental breakfast rooms not clean roaches beds were hard a rocks never again

I liked the space in the room and it was clean. We take trips all the time and this one we will come back to.

By the mall, family and food. In a great location. Very clean and attentive to their guest Pool was a great break for parents.. Quick to answer questions and assist if needed.

No light breakfast. I believe that this would have been even better experience if they served a light breakfast. at least boiled eggs and toast. The facilities are too nice to not be more accommodating for those traveling and traveling with children

The hotel was filthy, dead cockroaches in the bathroom, the smoke detector was not on the was but in a drawer with no battery, the chair was deteriorating, the comforter had disgusting stains on them, water was all over the floor from the air conditioner. The one bless by the pool had plywood in the windows. I would love my money refunded. Worse place we ever stayed!!

Not really anything except for the price

1st off the free breakfast that was served was extremely disappointing stale muffins and cereal is not breakfast secondly the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming everyone except for the lady working the front desk Friday night she was the only nice and welcoming person there but the security or whatever they were the black lady was extremely rude screaming at the guest at the pool mind you there were at least 12-15 kids and a few adults a gentleman had came out and told us the pool was closing and before anyone could even get out she comes out of nowhere and began yelling at everyone and telling us that the pool was closing and that we needed to hurry up she was very disrespectful and rude for no reason people were getting out she had no reason to get loud with us scared all the kids will never ever be returning! Please avoid booking here

Location good!

The room the refrigerator didn’t work , the chairs was in bad shape peeling couldn’t sit in them need new ones. No coffee maker. Bathroom door kept getting stuck when closing it. Needs a paint job there was some kind of red marks on walls.
