Best Western Tower West Lodge

Horrible smell in bathroom. I think someone had been smoking weed. Stale cigarette smell in room. Bath towels really small. Single ply toilet paper.

Nothing in particular, checked in late so I didn’t use any of the amenities

Good place to stay

We liked everything about this property, except the parking.

The place is a maze when trying to find your room, definitely feels unclean, had a bunch of drunk spanish speaking workers from construction crews in the hallways that were staying there, beer bottles laying in the parking lot, etc. The room was mediocre at best+ the staff was fairly good. The place needs new carpet, paint, etc, plus, only offers an $11.99 breakfast buffet

The A/C was not on the day we checked in and it was close to 100 outside. Once we turned A/C it seemed to now really cool very well. Set temp to 60 and the room stay at like 77 or so for most of the rest of the day. It finally cooled off well into the night and then it turned ice cold.

We stayed in a non-smoking bedroom with two queen beds. The room smelled of smoke when we entered and running the air conditioning lower than normal barely helped. Cob webs in light fixtures between beds. Dead moths on the floor in several locations. Under the beds themselves were filthy. No attention to detail was taken when cleaning the room. Lazily cleaned it seemed. Mattress were old and sunk in.
