Love the place. Great service!

The property and Ashley were both amazing! Ashley- was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to notice change my room type and show me where the room was. Answered all my questions and recommended a food spot, which was amazing (Renegade Cafe) ! The property is older, but well taken care of. It’s clean and well kept. The rooms are very nice and have all the features you’d need! I they also have free EV chargers on site, which was very helpful! If I’m passing through again, or you find yourself in Rock Springs for the night, STAY HERE!!!

Ashley was a great host! She was very sweet and showed us where the pool and room were. The hotel was very clean and we really liked the atmosphere.

Ashley is one of the most professional and welcoming customer service associates I have ever encountered. I have a degree in hospitality and have spent over a decade in the industry with companies such as Disney, Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton.

I’ve done a lot of cross country trips starting in the mid 70s, and I have to say this Best Western Outlaw Inn is a gem! I love the look, kind of mid-century modern with lots of outside entree rooms making it easy to unload and load. My room, which is pretty typical here, is super quiet (even the air conditioning is quiet), clean, and nicely maintained. Sierra, the woman that checked me in was super nice and helpful, got me registered quickly, and left me walking away with a smile on my face. What else do you need when finishing a long day’s drive? I guess the pretty good price for the room helped! Also, if you have more time than an overnight stay like I did, there seems to be a lot to do nearby. I wish I had the time to take the 24 mile loop that starts right outside town which takes you through some high desert scenery and give you a chance to see the wild horse herds of your lucky!

Rock springs, wyoming. Very clean, convenient and free breakfast . Indoor pool. Stayed 1 night . Received a military discount. Debra at the front desk was extremely helpful at check in, and gave us lots of options for food as we were passing thru. Hotel was quiet and we would stay here again.
