Ramada by Wyndham Savannah Gateway

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from great. We arrived late, so we didn’t have much chance to properly check the room at first. This was actually the second room we were given, as we had already complained about the first one — it smelled strongly of smoke. Sadly, the second room wasn’t much better. The bed was broken, and the bathroom was not clean. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Photos are very deceiving. Lobby is falling apart. Our room had mold on the painting. The ac was held up by a block of wood. Ceiling paint was peeling off and falling. Found a bug in our fridge. If we weren’t strapped on time, we definitely would’ve gone somewhere else.

Toilet didn’t work. Duct tape on piping to toilet tank, valve tuned off. No water in tank!

Clean and pretty comfortable. Served breakfast but wasn't the best. All in all it worked out good
