The pool was not heated and cold. The room had no table or chairs for enjoying coffee or meals. It used to be to have both of these items when I stayed here before.

Let people know before booking that you cannot enjoy the pool

Pool and jacuzzi. Location but not in a good part of town.

I was told I got an upgrade. I was so excited until I saw the disgusting bathtub jacuzzi. Was told bedroom tv didn’t work but the sitting room did. It did not. Was told they now had made to order breakfast in restaurant. They did not. Was told I got a printed invoice. I did not.
