Breakfast room was ok with very limited options to eat. I think could do better with that price.

une chambre laide, avec une plomberie vétuste. Près de l’université mais le voisinage n’est guère plaisant. Surtout, l’hôtel n’est pas assez sécurisé. Seule la piscine est à la hauteur des trois étoiles, et le tarif. !!! et attention: si vous payez via Booking (la seule option que j’ai eue quand j’ai réservé) l’hôtel refuse de vous établir une facture. Même Booking n’est pas en mesure d’obtenir une facture, c’est très regrettable. Cela exclut d’utiliser cet hôtel pour des voyages professionnels. // An ugly room with outdated plumbing. Close to the university, but the neighborhood is not pleasant. Above all, the hotel is not secure enough. Only the pool is worthy of three stars, and the price. !!! and beware: if you pay via Booking (the only option I had when I made my reservation), the hotel refuses to issue you an invoice. Even Booking is unable to obtain this invoice, which is very unfortunate. This rules out using this hotel for business trips.

Good breakfast, good internet, nice pool, close to the highway and downtown, and close to shopping and other things to do.

Homeless population is quite high. Had them around at night in the dark parking lot, feels very uncomfortable. They were always around, on property at times. Also drug activity, seeing 2 cars pulling in, they meet quick and both leave, over an over again. Definitely drug deals. Also had 2 major car accidents happen at the intersection next to the hotel, at night, which led to hours of sirens and noise while they cleaned it up.

Breakfast was better than expected, room was nicely appointed.

Construction on site for painting, tree trimming. Exterior lights not on when we left but on when we returned, had to navigate down a flight of stairs with our phone lights, not safe at all. Ice machine was broken and no coffee cups for the in room coffee maker.
