When booking room looked decent and price wasn't bad for last minute booking.

When checked in late no one at desk and no one would answer the phone...had to call 1 800 # and they finally got someone to answer and check us in. Outside building didn't look like a motel drove by twice before noticing a small signn;on the building. On website said had contintal breakfast . There was a area set up to serve but no food or beverages offered.

The main sign isn’t there. It made it hard to find after dark. There was a small sign on the wall, but it had no lighting. The clerk only gave us one key card. We had to ask for a second one, but it didn’t work.

The facility was very dirty and room was also filthy. My wife started to cry and so I found better hotel that was in good shape.

The pictures from online were not as accurate. Pool was very cold. In the mornings, showers didnt have any hot water. Evening the water would be warm. Cable cut out on the tv

Did not get the room i booked. My friend had to pay extra for a disabled room! Not okay after I spoke with owner/manager day of booking. Won’t use again.

As we walked in rugs were dirty, pigeon feathers all over the main entrance rug. Furniture needs to be replaced. The smell was awful. He informed us that the pool's heat pump was not working so the pool is cold and the hot tub didnt work. He told me this after we paid for our room and the room was so small it had two queen size beds when it should have only had one queen. Pulled back the covers and found a stain under the covers on the boxspring covering, the floor and wall in the corner by the bed was falling apart near the floor. In the bathroom the corner by the toilet was patched up very poorly, and the smell was bad in the room also. Just because of the smell I told the front desk guy that I couldnt stay here because of smell so he said he would issue me a refund. Its been two weeks and havent gotten my refund yet. They have no elevator and my husband had ankle replacement so they did accomodate us a down stairs room. The front desk clerk was very friendly, he said he was from India. I forgot his name. You get what you pay for, so a lesson learned.

The pictures on the site do NOT in any way reflect the reality of the conditions the hotel is currently in! There is no water in the pool, the hot tub is covered, there is NOT a pool table or arcade games and the hotel has a terrible odor. The room was very dirty, bugs in the corners, and in the area where the mini fridge was supposed to be located. The jet tub was so gross there was no way I would consider using it or the shower. If I could have gotten a refund and wasn't so exhausted there is no way I would have stayed. I feel completely cheated due to the false advertisement and false reviews!! I spent 150.00 for a room that was crap, the mattress was horrible and the bedding old and ultra thin. The parking area is dirty and dark, no security lights in an area of town that is not super safe at night.

Location was good close to most things in town. Resturants near by.

There were pigeon feathers all over the side walk and cigarette butts in entry way. Had a strange smell of something dead out side entry door as well. No elevator. Our room did not lock at all. Had to use balcony door. Room had visible dirt on most surfaces phone didnt work nor did alarm clock lighting was awful chair looked like a tiger chewed it up. No breakfast even tho site said it was available. No hot tub but showed one in picture. Should of paid me to stay there!

Checking was easy. Sure, it’s an outdated building. The room we were in was recently painted. Looked sharp. Quiet even though we had a room next to the “Court yard”. Very impressed with the updates that were done. Will be staying again.

Unfortunately this stay at Coratel was not as nice as previous. The one positive was the young gentleman who was new to the job. He was so kind and did everything he could to help, but he had very limited resources. We booked handicap accessible rooms and did not receive them initially. We had to settle for one handicap room for my mother and I had to get help to my room on the second floor. My room phone was broken. The tv was broken. The mini-fridge would not get cold. The sink drain was broken. There was a large dead roach. The entire hotel was out of tissues. My folks’ room was much better.
