We arrived a day early and the hotel manager was so friendly and helpful. Our first room had a broken bed. Our second room had no hot water. The hotel needs some electrical work but yhe staff was super friendly and did what they could to help, including allowing the family to shower in another room. Pool and spa were down until the day we left. Overall, wonderful stay.

No one was at the front desk to receive us. I specifically said i would arrive between 1to 2 in the morning. Had to find another place

Our stay was okay. We were disappointed that the pool was out of service but were assured it would be working when we will be staying the end of the month. Ice machine was also out of service.

The only reason we stayed here is because the other hotels were booked and they had a pool, oh but wait the pool wasn't working. The room was supposed to be pool side...nope, it was around the corner not even close to the pool. The sink in the room ran slow with yellow water, and the plumbing leaked onto the floor. There were stains all over the carpet (more than normal) The shower head was so full of calcium that it mostly sprayed outside of the shower! The area around the hotel was dirty and over all gross.

Dirty floors and pool - it was green (inside pool). Pigeon feathers all over the floor. Looked like pop had been sprayed on the walls. Air condition made loud sounds all night.

Never got the room i booked. I asked for a king they gave my a lumpy queen. The bathroom was horrible. There was more water coming iut of the tap then the shower head. And no breakfast was served.

Came to stay at the hotel on the weekend to move my daughter up to college. Pool ans spa were both closed. Rooms were in ragged conditions. Leaks in roof all over the place. And dont stay if you plan to take a cold shower. Water pressure was fine but hot water lasted all of 30 seconds and i had to jump out. Was offered a "discount" on my stay due to my complaining. I would've rather been given a refund and stayed elsewhere. But i had 2 other adults and vehicles helping w the move so a change of stay wouldve been an extreme inconvenience. I will never stay in this place again nor would i ever recommend to anyone else. Better off going to one of the bigger places.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

No outside air and smells caused our allergies to flare! Booked 2 nights and only stayed one, but almost a month later have not received any refund. Staff did their best, but manager has not given us the refund he said he would. Don't stay here!
