Love the place. Love the location. Kids love the pool. Staff is always nice and helpful. Ms. Francis is the real MVP. She always makes a good breakfast and makes sure everything is stocked and ready to rock. Will be staying here again.

The gym needs new treadmills. Wish the back porch lounge was open, but I know that has nothing to do with the actual hotel.

I really loved the location! Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable! The girl at the front desk was BTS ARMY and that literally made my day! She gave me a first floor room right near the pool! Oh, and the shampoo and conditioner were awesome!

No phone charging stations. You had to walk outside to get to another building to get to the lobby. There were no snack machines in my building once again leaving me with having to go to another building to get s snack.
