Absolute dump

It is close to everything as it’s in the main city. I like they allow dogs.

Staff aren’t the friendliest as if they hate having to work. The room was “remodeled” but you can tell all they did was remove carpet and change beds. My room floor was dirty. Dog found a fry under the desk and ate it. Childs toy behind the bed. Dirt and crumbs in various places. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. typical powdered eggs but they served Debbie donuts out the package instead of actual pastries.

Stayed there as a less expensive option for attending FSU graduation. Older hotel but clean and well maintained. Staff is great.

Stayed May 11th, check out on 12th 2025. Should not be a Best Western. Missing wash cloths, bath towels. Attendant did great customer service. Originally pulled a small section of the other bed, charged extra for 2 beds, went to go to bed 2 hrs later and pulled covers back and the center and other side of bed (my checking not through enough, but a Best Western is suppose to be high quality) dirty sheets, nothing says dirty bed like pubic hair. Attendant offered to change room. Wife and I were tired, in pajamas and our stuff in the room, so I asked attendant to please bring new sheets and bedding and he did that promptly. I changed the bedding myself to expedite the process. Went to make coffee at 7 am and had k cups, no device to use the k cups in the universal maker. Had 1 keenex in box, no extra toilet paper, so we had to use sparingly. Breakfast a disapointment....eggs ok, some shells, sausage hard and ok. Pancake machine broken. Did not see bagles or English muffins or cinnamon rolls, 1 cup of warm yogurt. Communal gallon of milk to share, which is not sanitary. Saving nickles to waste dollar profits from customers going to competitors to get a good stay. Not a $103 value. A $50 low budget motel, not up to other Best Westerns standards we usually stay at. Don't let being tired suck you in to this poorly maintained and almost non existent amenities.

This motel is deplorable and disgusting. I was in the building for only 10 mins and gave back the key to the room and left to find a hotel that did not smell of mold and nicotine with a disgusting bathroom. A hotel where I felt safe. A hotel where the guest was not exchanging cash for their stay. I was shocked that they were given a 4 out of 5 stars. That is very misleading!!!

Accessibility for people in wheelchairs is a fail. Bathroom is too narrow. Only parking area with a ramp is by the office even though I was given a room quite aways from there.

The refrigerator was filthy and food left inside.....UNCLEAN! The ice machine FILTHY.... I wouldn't let a pet use the ice from the machine nevertheless a human being!!!! We didn't take a shower.....the tub looked horrible! If it wasn't for a family member graduating from a nearby college in Florida we would have went back home!!!! I have pictures and reported it to the front desk!!!! No one has even responded 😡
