Did not have my request for handicap friendly room on file

I liked the room, yhr bed, the shower, the staff, and the breakfast.

I booked initially fir the wrong date. To date I have received no answer and no refund from either Booking.com or Best Western.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean clean. There are serveral buildings and it is spread out, but comprehensive. The outdoor pool looked clean and tidy. The staff was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was just fine. Safe and comfortable even with exterior rooms. Great Route 66 stop over.

Privacy curtains not so great sun came blasting in Breakfast ends at nine way to early . Kingman bw ends at 10 am and they were still serving. Not everyone arrives in early evening so an hr later is courteous to your late travelers.

The floors in the rooms were filthy and the outdoor patio was very dirty and had mcdonald's bigs in old food scattered.Everywhere

our room head a patio, the dog park the convenience of getting to the room.

Siamo arrivati in struttura e siamo stati sistemati in delle stanza sulla strada principale quindi molto molto rumorose, inoltre lo staff ci ha chiamato più volte in camera alle 10 di sera, perché aveva scordato di chiederci la mail
