USRoom and bathroom were updated and easy to use. Love the soap brands and just an overall great experience. I love choosing Best Western and next time I will book direct with them for great perks and easy upgrades to rooms if possible 😉

the staff was very helpful and was always friendly. was very helpful for breakfast in preparing our plates for us since we had walkers. the room was very nicely set up. Breakfast was great had several items to pick from and was always ready to eat and warm.it was a very warm and friendly stay

USI did not stay there we booked the room for the pool and found out it was down Booking told me to call the facility...they said booking has to do the refund. I'm out almost 130

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is the same every morning but, I prefer the consistency. Scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, biscuits, and gravy. It all tastes good to me.

When we arrived the pool was closed, waiting for inspection and therefore we couldn’t swim the whole time we were there!! Also there was issues with the television!! There were certain channels that would come through and some would not!! Some would go from showing normal to fizzling the whole time to also freezing up!! The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly!!! If I had know there was no pool I would not have booked the room!! It was too late to cancel!!
We came to Hopkinsville to pick supplies up for our equipment shed, we lived anbout 4.5 hours away and found this hotel online. We decided to book it through Expedia because it stated it was a new hotel and there was a pool. However, the pool was not in operation and the premises was not new as far as we could see. It had possibly been remodeled but not recently new. We were wanting to go swimming so that was a disappointment. The mattress on our bed was firm and not cushioned like other beds that we have enjoyed at other hotels. The staff were very nice and kind.
