Inn at Joshua Tree

This hotel room condition was one of the worst I’ve ever been in! The way the bed was made up the bed skirt the sheets. I wasn’t even sure if it had been cleaned. The condition of the hotel room was beat up. Paint was chipped. It was horrible. On a good note, the staff Was kind and friendly and the breakfast room was clean and tidy and updated.

I personally had to write a review for the outstanding service I had at SureStay. I had a problem with my room I originally booked. Since I was unsatisfied, Sanara at the front desk handled my complaint and quickly helped me out and resolved the issue. I appreciate her swift quickness to react and help with ease. I decided to extend my stay for another night and Sanara was luckily at the front desk when I went in and she helped me and I was gladly to book the room. She made things very easy and put my mind at ease. Thank you Sanara for your perfect Service. She needs a raise.

Greatly located near Joshua Tree National Park entrance. Free breakfast was served in a small and very busy room.

Excellent standard, clean, spacious all amenities.

We just picked up and left and went to another hotel. When we got there, the room had a smell. The shower rod was cattywampus and not stable. The curtain was not so clean. There was urine in the toilet. We went to Subway to eat and think about the room. When we drove back into the parking lot, a man crawled out of the dumpster. We went back in. I turned down the covers and didn’t see anything dirty, but neither of us could talk ourselves into sitting on the bed or chair. I decided to check the coffee pot and there were used grounds in the basket. I looked at hubby, and he said let’s write this one off and go somewhere else. We Lysol wiped our hands in the car.🫣🤢

The room was not clean, under the bed it was so duty, cereal spilled, the laundry, towels good, the areas where we can se easily were clean, but not the areas that were covered like boho d the drawers and under the bed. The area where I really was disappointed was the breakfast room. Sorry, super duty, food was not bad, but the room next the cabinets, you could see all the dirt accumulated, the trash cans super duty inside the room. What it really got my attention was the people that work there, juts sitting chatting between them or on their phones but actually working. It’s mean I think they could do better at cleaning that area. Other than that, not to bad.

This property was in poor condition. The bed was not flat, the foot of the bed was higher than the head, and the mattress was not comfortable. The bathroom/shower had mold around the tub. There was trash and debris scattered around the planters near the door to my room, and throughout the property. I was directed to park in the back parking lot, which was littered with trash, and covered in sand (pictures attached). I booked this hotel specifically for use of the pool, however there was trash and debris floating in the pool and hot tub, and the water was filthy and unusable (pictures attached). When I arrived to the continental breakfast at approximately 0830 there was no hot food left, just cereal, yogurt, etc, and there was no employees attending to the food area. I was very disappointed with this property, and would not stay here again.

Staff (Day & nite shift) very accomodating, friendly and they even deliver what you need even at night. Our Experience was very pleasant, good, I gave them 5 stars for the Breakfast..Still the usual American Breakfast. The Parking was best, and very secure..we went there to visit my son who is in the MCGAA military base and the Hotel was very near to the best Entrance (East) going to visit Josua Tree Nat'l Park.. we booked 2 rooms, one with kitchen. we end up going home on Memorial Day 2025. I will definitely booked with Sure Stay Plus by Western twentynine Palms for another visit. hopefully by August..my review/opinion was our group experience and others will not be the same.

Hotel was clean and well kept for the most part. A bit farther from Joshua Tree but isn't a bad thing. Bed was comfortable and shower was clean. Will book here again when I go back!

Needs some TLC. Very messy and dirty outside and in the hallways. The room was clean.
