Inn at Joshua Tree

Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean although somewhat run down. To our disappointment, the pool and hot tub dirty so we never used. Property exterior dirty, there was dirt and litter throughout. There was a water leak under the stairs to get to the outdoor rooms. Breakfast options limited, mostly a carb and sugar feast. This is not what I would expect from a Best Western property. I was glad to leave this morning and would not return. Don’t recommend.

This place is in serious disrepair. The pool and spa were unusable due to algae and dirt and not in operation. The room had mold in the shower and the overall condition was unacceptable for a Best Western flagged motel. It also appears that the ownership is allowing weekly/monthly renters which is easily apparent. The internet pictures are representative of the actual conditions. Avoid this place.

I have never been in a more disgusting motel/hotel in my entire life than than this one. There is clear evidence of water damage that created black mold growing in the floor and walls. It was visible all around the shower and on the baseboards, and no evidence of any attempt to clean it. The smell alone was unbearable. My entire suitcase of clothes still wreaks of mold. Breathing the mold spores has exacerbated my asthma and I have been sick since I left. The information provided stated that the pool and hot tub would be open. It was not. The breakfast was disgusting, the bacon tasted like burnt paper, I don’t think it was any type of real meat. The eggs and sausage also gross. Waffles and coffee were decent. Do NOT look at the pictures provided by Expedia and believe that’s the room or hotel experience you’re getting. I’m very disappointed in Expedia for its false advertising. This is a very unhealthy hotel to stay in, and shouldn’t be open until it’s renovated and the mold properly removed.

Nothing unique. Needs to be renovated. No cold water in bathroom sink. Toilet needs renovation. Pool is disgusting. Basically, except for the hallways, everything needs to be upgraded.

While the room was good sized and comfortable with great AC, we were very disappointed that the pool and spa were so unkept, they were not at all usable. If the owners could clean this up it would be a game changer. Don’t count on this feature this summer.

The entire property is run down - very used looking furniture, cracks/holes in walls, fitness center was closed for repairs, as was the pool/hot tub.

It's a clean, friendly Hotel. We've never had a problem. When we come out for our getaway, we stay here.
