Inn at Joshua Tree

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The tub did have some rust around the drain so it showed some age. Overall a very good place to stay and economical.

Filthy floor in room, rattling a/c unit,handicap seat in shower falling off the wall,I expect better If I’m going to pay more, not in this case!

The filthiest room I’ve stayed in. The room floor was absolutely dirty. The room looked extremely old with a lot of rust, dirt and filthy spots. The bathroom was the worst. The bathtub would not drain and was filled with hair because of this. It looks like the bath tub was slippery because nothing ever drained and looks like it was never cleaned. This place is absolutely overcharges and should not even be a one star property.

The property is in very poor condition. The bed didn’t look like the sheets had been changed, fabric was torn on the chair, toilet kept running when flushed, shower was in bad need of chalking and there was a roach in the folded towel. Outside the door to the room was littered with cigarette butts. The Best Western brand name should not be on this property.

Rot and rust in bathtub, tile, grout. Room not entirely cleaned. A few stains on ceilings.

Not the best quality, but a decent experience.

Mildew smell in bathroom

Excellent customers service, front desk and helped me check in early. But things need to be updated in the hotel, the tub was clogged, toilet squeaked flushing, mold on the tub, the cabinet that was holding the mini fridge and the microwave the knob came off it was hard to open and felt like it was going to fall off. Carpet had burn marks from past tenant. The blinds don’t close all the way, really torn. The only updated thing was the mirror above the sink. Room was clean.
