Bed was very hard. Staff noted that they were new mattresses but perhaps they might have been tested before installation?

"Great Place to Base Your Stay at Pismo"

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Our room was an ocean front king room, which gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean when we sat on our balcony. The property was clean and quiet except that the guest in the room above us sounded as if they were stomping around at all hours of the night. (Request a top level room). The grounds were well kept. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient to restaurants and things to do in the area. Oh, and the hosts at the front desk were all very friendly and accommodating.

"A beautiful place to stay."

It was great! Clean, friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. The views were fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Martin was more than helpful and friendly. The only thing that could have been better was the room's water pressure.
