Cresta Court Hotel

Decent place to stay in Altrincham. Free car park, but sometimes very busy. Room was fine. Staff were customer focussed.

The bathroom sink had hairs from shaving.The shower didn't fully work the button to switch from tap to shower was abit faulty.the TV didn't work.there was only one towel for two of us.

This is the second Best Western i had problems with the tap in show did not work water so hot 🔥 The heating dod not work we were cold in the night

Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Bathroom door not closing, light not working as well and the shower curtain half hanging and had to put it up. The room and bathroom was very clean though.

A nice stay but nosey place. Not ideal for a quiet break but good for a group trip.

Staff was lovely was A very late check after a flight home staff were efficient room quite small though road was busy so a lot of noise from the road. Small reading lamp was working tea/ coffee/ sugar not replaced on day 2 but over all it's was fine, hotel in the process of being renovated at present

Overall: We had a good stay - hotel completing upgrades and staff work hard to provide excellent service. Pros: Interaction with staff at all levels was excellent - staff were friendly, calm, professional and efficient Linen and towels were soft and well laundered Room amenties good (Tea, Coffe, Milk, Biscuits, Hairdryer, Iron and Board) Water was hot with good pressure Location was great and parking included in room rate Cons First night - Twin room allocated was inadequate - collapsed mattress springs - room excessively hot - no sleep Staff responded positively after raising issues and allocated us to an appropriate room. Notably 3 days later hotel was clearing older furnishings into skip. No mini fridge Parking can be a challenge due to number of guests parking to fly. Heat control can be issue in summer months

I was initially allocated a room that was not clean from the previous customer however I was then upgraded to a nicer executive room .

Great

Room was nice and comfortable. However, there was no hot water at all. When I notified the reception I was told they were experiencing issues and apologised, but I don't really think this is sufficient as having a shower is a necessary standard that I would expect when paying for a room.
