great spot, building may look a little tired, but clean functional breakfast was fantastic service was 1st class convenient to manchester airport good value for $ would stay there again. shops and restaurants easy walking distance a bonus

Have stayed here regularly and no issues except the bed is quite firm.

Great hotel for the price paid. Only downside was that hotel only had 1 x EV charger which was broken so a little bit of an inconvenience.

The hotel was very good value for money, close to amenities however at times throughout the night our room was disturbed by noise externally and other rooms due to poor acoustics.

Room was nice facing the road though so not very quite as it was a main road had to have the windows open it was so hot breakfast was ok but olif you go early it's not nice bacon like cardboard couldn't change the toaster setting so toast was burnt eggs on the hot plate too long, beans were cold day two was better as I went about 8.30 Ammaarah didn't try the cooked breakfast though after day one

We used this hotel the night before catching a morning flight. It is conveniently located for the airport. The staff are friendly and happy to do all they can for guests but the accomodation was just poor. The room was quite small and dirty. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We had been here before about 5 or 6 years ago but this is not now a place I would stay again.
