Hotel Santa Fe

Es war sehr sauber!! Das Bett und die Handtücher waren sehr gut. Die Anlage ist toll und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Klimaanlage ist für einige Stunden ausgefallen, wurde aber direkt repariert.

La ubicación perfecta para trasladarte como a playas asi como a la zona nocturna y el excelente trato de todo el personal desde la llegada hasta el trayecto al aeropuerto.

No se puede poner música en área de la alberca.

The staff was incredible, restaurant staff Lupita, Marta and Alberto are so sweet. And Hotel staff Jose and Salvador helped us so much, everyone took amazing care of my mom and I. The location couldn’t be better. We had a hard time leaving!

Construction happening but they were respectful about the time of day they worked.

It is a great hotel with kind staff. Everything is clean and in good conditions.

They are renovating a lot at the moment. I couldn't use the hotel parking lot because it was closed. I had to park my car in the street what is not always a good idea in Mexico.

Beds were a little small, water pressure in shower was low. The pool showers had better pressure Staff was nice but the hotel lost some of family vibe it used to have in our previous stays It just had more business vibe. I understand policies about eating in common areas to not take business from restaurants but eating chips or cocos we have left over and enjoy in pool area instead of room Having both pools available would be nice Adding a jacuzzi and fitnesss center would be great I tried to order 2 shrimp and 1 fish taco but restaurant would not accommodate even though cost was the same. That said we like the hotel just want more family vibe Also tried to reserve big suite for 4 people. But said only for 2. Staff did say they are starting to accomoddate personal request like that

The Hotel Santa Fe is a well-equipped resort hotel, located near the beach in Zicatela, Puerto Escondido. We have a lovely stay for a few days. It is an older style hotel that had lots of Mexican charm. The staff were fantastic and friendly, speaking English and Spanish. The restaurant and bar were quite good and it was lovely having pina coladas by the pool (there are two). Our room was spacious and comfortable but a refrigerator and coffee machines would have been very useful additions. The wifi was good. The air conditioning worked well but we really appreciated the ceiling fan. Although it is by the busy beach section, the rooms were relatively quiet. But there was some noise related to hotel repairs for a couple of hours. They have a parking garage for cars, but it is a little complicated to use it since they staff need to let you in and out of the garage.

From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was excellent — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was very good, and the overall structure of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. One of the things I appreciated the most was how tranquility and peaceful the place was, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Honestly, there’s nothing negative worth mentioning. Everything met or exceeded expectations.
