I do not like anything about the La Quinta. There was prostitution occurring on the property. Cigarettes were consumed in front of the doors, even with the no smoking signage present. The breakfast was horrible and the staff was extremely rude.

The price seemed reasonable, but that perceived value was quickly undercut by the condition of the property.

The entire facility is poorly maintained. The carpet in the hallway stank of dog urine. Surfaces in my room were dusty and dirty. There were roaches in my room. The TV in my room was broken (as in, part of the screen was shattered). And several light builds were burned out. I asked the front desk if I could be move to another room. The person at the desk offered to move me to a different room, but the manager overrode that decision and instead offered me a very insufficient 10% discount to stay in a dark, dirty room with a broken TV.

Security, location, breakfast

Slow 3G internet. Need another hub with the amount of people on that biz acct. Versus the private one.

Everything is Satisfactory

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. First and foremost, The room 625 was absolutely disgusting. As if no one even stepped in to clean the room. There were red stains all over the wall, barbecue sauce stains on the dressers and stains all over the bedding. On top of the room being filthy, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and sounded like it was going to break every time you go on it. The second issue we had was that our shower head was broken and we brought this issue up to the front desk the first night and in return they questioned us and implied that it was a skill issue. The second time we addressed the issue, someone came up to look and confirmed it was broken and yet they did nothing about the issue. When we had a third person come confirm, they did not knock; they came in, hit the shower head a little and said “it’s broken” and still did nothing about it. (I have video proof of the shower head being broken). The second night of our stay we heard animals in the walls trying to scratch through the walls. i also have video proof of this as well. As we were checking out, we wanted to have our concerns addressed and speak to the manager but the manager was always “busy”, “call us back later” or some other pathetic excuse. We have been trying to have our concerns addressed since Friday 05/08 and yet nothing has been done. Overall, this experience was truly disappointing and unacceptable. We will never go back here.
