La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DC Metro Capital Beltway

It smelled of marijuana in the lobby and in my room. Even though there was one sign no staff was stopping other people from doing it on the property. I have stayed at other la Quinta locations this was worse.

Clealiness is

It was in close distance to Northwest Stadium. The front desk Staff was pleasant and easy to approach.

I didn't feel safe, there were people lingering in places and it was strange activity. A young man was pacing the lobby acting like he was going in to the gym and other spaces but did not have a key. The room appeared to have damaged and missing furniture. The beds were neatly made and appeared clean however, I laid for a short time and woke up with hives.

They did serve breakfast

The room was unclean and had an unpleasant odor. The paint job was poorly done, with a noticeable red stain, and the table also had red stains that resembled ketchup or possibly blood. The floor was slippery, there was a large gap around the door that made the room feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and there were bugs present.

Good value

Lamp in room wasn't working. Dog poop 💩 on property. Smelled of Marijuana.
