Best Western Plus Sands

Great Location! Lots of stuff to do and is closed to Stanley Park. Choice of restaurants in the area is great. We only used our car once during our weekend stay. Hotel has very reasonable rates for parking though it is tight.

This is an older facility and if you are looking for brand new facility, this is not for you. The rooms are dated and there isn't a traditional hotel lobby. We stayed there during the FIFA world cup so our hotel price was quite high and doesn't merit the facility itself. Room and bathrooms were nice enough.

Loved the location near English Bay. The room was very well kept, and the staff were excellent (with one exception).

Tom, from the restaurant/bar needs to work on his people skills or he shouldn't interact with guests. Other staff members were so wonderful and helpful that his sour attitude really stood out (and NOT in a good way). Hospitality is NOT for him.

Elevators were noisy and shaky one stuck open on our floor. Had to walk down stairs to push button for the elevator to go up on checkout day.

Nichts, Aufenthalt war super

We had the bed and breakfast package it's really worth overall value. It's unbeatable West End location, friendly customer service from the receptions and restuarant staffs. I'll choose this hotel again if i've had a chance to visit Vancouver in the future.
