Travelodge by Wyndham Rapid City

The property is dated but really clean and worth the value to stay. First thing I look at is clean rooms. And that is definitely a clean hotel. Staff friendly also

Dead bug on the floor n used bar of soap in the shower, black mold around the window in the shower, looked like someone laid down in the bed Absolutely disgusting!!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner filter was filthy so we did not use it. The door did not shut tight so we had noise from that..but it was a cheaper hotel so you get what you pay for, we didnt spend much time in the room so it worked.

Beds were rock hard, very uncomfortable! 3 pancake pillows on a double bed, sheet like blankets. Laminate flooring was dirty. A/C filter was beyond overdue for a change. Had to clean it myself to avoid the smell and dust in the air. Blood on the wall and mold on the wall in the bathroom. Cancelled night 2

Terrible hotel. Breakfast was OK. We were there for 4 nights. The hotel advertises daily housekeeping, but not once did housekeeping take care of our room. We had to ask for someone to empty our trash and were told to empty our trash outside in trash cans, which were overflowing. Also, we had to stop by office for towels. Ridiculous!

I parked right in front of my room, and also it is very pet friendly as there is a pet area that is maintained well. I will stay here again next time through.

I was surprised that the room was clean and modern. The TV was excellent size. Low toilet seat is hard on older guest. Need grab bars for getting in and out of the tub.
