Dirty room/staff unfriendly/Balcony

Nothing...worst motel I have ever stayed in..!

Filthy room..no light bulbs in bathroom light..cigarette burns in bedding..dead bugs inside room..TV didn't work...water in shower wasn't hot...

I did not stay. After checking in and seeing the condition of room I returned my key and told them I would not stay. They already charged my cash card and would not give me a refund. I still did not stay. Dead bugs behind all the furniture. Very dirty smelly lounge chair next to bed. I took pictures. I sent them to customer service at Bookings.com. Crickets.

Filthy. Filthy. Filthy. I did not stay. Returned my key instead and asked for my money back. They already ran my cash card. They wouldn't give me back my money even though I didn't stay. I reported it to Bookings.com with pictures. Heard nothing but crickets.

Location excellent

Actually got lost from Idaho and found other owned by same name property, which complimented things, in same town, they didn’t have info on my reservation at their other location so stayed at that property and was charged for their property I couldn’t find one night. Nonetheless the second property was nice. Slow room service for cleaning but nice about it.

Need pest control (hornet and insect inside room), See alcohol bottle under the bed and you can hear people talking

Bathroom light didn't work. Room smelled like dog

Not to clean and not best up keep but cheap if you just need a place to sleep.

Pool was already closed for the season. The rooms were dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed frames were filthy and full of dirt. Business center computer didn’t work. Wifi wasn’t very good if your room was in bldg far away from front desk. Staff was at least nice and accommodating when issues came up. For the price of room $65+taxes US I think next time we’ll pay the extra $20-$30 and stay at a cleaner hotel.

Close to all the places I wanted to visit

I had black widow spiders, Co to k roaches and other unknown bugs in my room and bed!! The toilet didn't work, my TV remote was missing, my room was never cleaned once, had to bring my dirty towels to the office to get fresh ones and was told there cleaning people didn't have time to do my room, asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any. The door would not shut properly so that I could lock it. Room was extremely dirty. I didn't get any sleep due mostly to the bugs. It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Not sure who is giving guys reviews but if you saw what I did you definitely wouldn't be.
