"Not as good as it was"

Not as good as it once was. Parking lot was rough and dirty. Every parking spot had a warning sign not to leave anything in your vehicle, lobby doors locked at 6pm. So neighbourhood is a bit rough. Lobby was ok, but could have used a deep clean. Check in was awful, slow, system down and card was swiped 5 times so my statement might be interesting. The room was clean but the couch was missing and two armchairs were in its place. STRANGE. Second night I returned and nothing was done to refresh, garbage not emptied, no new coffee pods or cups, and towel still on the floor of the tub. Nothing better than using towels off the floor of the tub. Second night even costed 25% more, for no services. When I checked out, staff said I should have called but no apology. Later my co-worker said his room was the same, but he was told it was policy. Two different stories for the same crappy service and no amenities. I would suggest staying someplace else on a two night stay.

"All in all it wasn't overly bad."

The breakfast was good. Not much of a variation of yogurt the first day.

Getting settled in bed and just falling asleep, the fire alarm in the room started beeping. Apparently the battery was going dead. They moved us across the hall and two doors down.
