Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. The area was okay not the greatesr but way better then other areas of the city and it was quiet. They had bed bug traps under the matress to prevent from getting bugs. They did not have any bed bugs so im happy about that its the thing i always check

The room was dirty greasy hand prints on the wall. Chairs were filled with dirt. Bathroom door closing was too close have to tuck yourself beside the toliet and the sink. The only thing that was clean fhat i looked at was the bed and sink and the floor. The blanket was a heavy for this time of year too hot.

"Great breakfast"

No problems with this stay. A large hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable but the furniture had signs of wear. Excellent complimentary breakfast and we were well taken care of by the breakfast lady Nicole - so friendly and helpful.

"Although not perfect, it was one of the better rooms that I stayed in so far."

Breakfast was better than average. My bed was very comfortable. Most importantly, clean!

A bit noisy in the hallways in the morning and some creaking noises and night. The air conditioner was a bit too noisy and had too much air flow.

The hotel itself wasn't horrible (just so-so) but the area was sketchy. Lots of not-so-desirable people were hanging outside the front doors, smoking. The front doors are locked 24/7 so I guess they have to do that to keep them from coming inside. The staff were great - very friendly and attenive - but I wouldn't stay there again.
