Siento que la atención por parte de la recepcionista deja mucho que desear no fue del todo adecuada no mostraba empatía ni buena atencion hacia al cliente además de ser muy diferenciado el trato hacia nosotros quienes llegamos con reserva realizada en plataforma Digital en comparación a otros huéspedes que realizan directamente su reservación en el hotel y a quienes les dejaban realizar check in antes de la hora.

"Begger can’t be a chooser. So if u don’t want to spend so much money maybe this motel can be ur choice"

Staff was very friendly and free shuttle. If u are just here for a couple of hours stay it’s ok

The room was very old, dirty, and bedsheet with stains. Didn’t want to make a fuss cos it was just a couple of hours of stay.

I guess the bed and TV

There was no soap or shampoo in the containers, room was comfortable but had some things that were in need of repairs, male desk staff was rude as hell when we asked for soap he gave us 2 tiny bars of soap for 3 adults, room had a messed up door (it had been broken into before, fridge had plastic tape for shelves, and a few electrical sockets were damaged
