The first room we had had water leaking from the walls in the bathroom floor was completely wet, so went upfront. They gave us another room that room had no hot water in the shower. We took old showers for three nights and it sucked.

The beds were cleaned and well made. I DIDN'T SEE ANY BUGS.

The receptionist didn't seem to know what she was doing. The floor was dirty it looked like it hadn't been swept in days. The housekeeper kept wanting to come in to force the door open when I clearly told her we don't want services at the moment. Reception called to go to the lobby because of an issue with the payment just for them to tell me I had to pay if I wanted to stay again like what??? It's not even close to check out time....r u serious. Anyways that was annoying to be woken up when we had a rough night driving and being woken up at 8 in the morning just for that is ridiculous 😒.

The room was nice and cold when we arrived. The breakfast was as expected for this type of hotel. The mini refrigerator was a nice perk and the channels for the tv had a good variety.

The beds were comfortable but queen-sized ones would have been a lot better. The room lay out can be a bit confusing because of the way they were labeled. Hotel access is a little bit dangerous during rush hour.

Beds were comfortable. Linens and towels were clean. AC was cold. Location was good. Nice restaurant within walking distance next door.

Weird musty smell, not dirty but didn't smell clean. Door to room extremely flimsy. We had trouble entering the room and when we pushed on the door it bowed really bad where it was still latched but you could see inside a little. Wall had weird stuff splattered on it. Shower head was crusty and there was very visible mold on the ceiling. AC was very dirty. Trash can outside our door was overflowing. It was ok enough to stay since we had already paid and were already there, but bad enough to cancel the paid reservation on the return trip in a few days.
