Mill Tree Inn

I had reserved two rooms for Saturday May 23, 2015. The positive is they did allow early check in. When I went to my room neither card key worked. A staff member was near by and offered assistance. He was not able to get the keys to work either. He even did a complete reset, but was unsuccessful. It took another trip to the office before issue was resolved. My brother who was in the adjoining room complained of a dirty shower, they he would not use, as well as stained bed linens. They also found a dead spider on the floor as well as nail clippings. Electrical wiring was hanging out of the HVAC unit, my brother put them back in due to hazards they presented. Later in the day the front office was called, and the said housekeeping was gone for the day, but they would come and clean the shower, and bring fresh linens. The attendant came and sprayed some cleaner but really didn't clean the shower area, and stated that should take care of it. We paid 89.00 before taxes, my brothers room that I had paid for was one that should have been in the upper 40's to low 50's range. Corporate was contacted and complaint was documented.
