Location was great, staff were very attentive and quick to help. Room was clean.

Room was like a sauna, yes it was a hot day, but the sea facing window was broken and wouldn’t open. other widows only opened an inch or 2, due to safety restrictions. We paid extra for a room upgrade with sea view and were given a room on the side of the hotel with a partial sea view in the corner, we were disappointed as were expecting a room on the front overlooking the beachfront considering the upgrade price we had paid.

Really nice and clean. Lovely staff, just lovely! 🥰

The one thing I could say it was that there was no air conditioning. But again it was a heatwave (35 degrees) when we were there so that’s why we felt like it was needed.

"Great location but poor room ventilation"

The location and the spacious common areas were great

The window in the room barely opened. Even with the fan which was provided, the ventilation was very poor and it was impossible to sleep. The hotel manager stated this was due to building codes or regulation but unclear why you can open windows at other properties and not this one

"Nice except for one mattress."

Nice location, welcoming staff and a relaxed and large lobby area.

The double mattress (in triple room) was disappointingly uncomfortable. It looked, felt and sounded like an old and significantly worn out mattress. The single mattress was ok.
