Modern up to date in an old building with character the staff were friendly and professional and a very special thank you to Chanad who was extremely pleasant and helpful with a lovely natural manner which was much appreciated thank you

The furnishing in the bedroom needed a bit more thought as the safe was on the floor making it difficult for a less able person to use, the fan was in the wardrobe in the way of hanging clothes

Lovely location, with extensive gardens. Good choice for breakfast.

Good location - 5 mins walk into central Ripon. Good sized room - very clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Good buffet breakfast

It was difficult for two of us to sit down in comfort unless sitting on the bed. Two chairs would have been helpful as there was only one in the room.
