Loved the property and surroundings

My husband was disappointed with the steak pie as was expecting chunks of steak but was more minced so didn’t really enjoy it

The open wardrobe and storage space was so ugly to have to look at while watching tv and from the bed

The location suited us. Quiet, being just out of town and easy to walk into Ripon for all the amenities, etc. We had a lovely, spacious ground floor room, but it was never noisy. Good shower. The Green aspect of swapping the room make up for free drinks was innovative and welcome.

The pillows! Could not get comfortable with any combination of them and there were 6 in the room which is highly unusual. Not impressed with Ringtons tea and coffee provided in the room. It's also impossible to fill a kettle in the small sink without using a cup to ladle it in.

Nice clean room n decor. Helpful staff. Good breakfasts n very organised.

Lots of booths for eating rather than comfy chairs. No proper restaurant n wasn't impressed with the evening meals.
