A bed to stay in for the night.

Entire listing was wrong. The pool/hot tub was closed. There was no breakfast. They got my room wrong. Staff wasn't helpful.

"never will stay again"

nothing, I will never stay again and I want a refund

the bathrooms smelled, they were trash, they were not clean. I needed to shower and fresh up but couldn’t even bear it. the room smelled. the bed had something gross in it.

"Exactly what I expect for the price."

The guy who checked me in was nice and helpful. Adam, I think. Room had a fridge and microwave, which was a surprise for a hotel this price. Surprisingly nice view which i would have enjoyed if I could see out the dirty windows.

Room had no comforter/blanket, no toilet paper, and no coffee machine. They fixed these things for me, but not a great impression. There were large stains on the chair and carpet. Springs in mattress are shot. All in all, fine for one night.

"Great location but property sorely neglected, so wouldn't stay here again unless improved."

Location was conveniently centered and the surrounding area was beautiful. It was quiet, since most of the buildings around the facility are businesses and are shut down in the evening. The Provo River runs across the back of the property.

The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. It looks like it has been neglected for years and that housekeeping hasn't been done except for changing the sheets. None of us wanted to walk around without shoes on because the carpets seemed so dirty. The fridge had green gunk on the bottom. The breakfast that was advertised is no longer available, even though paperwork in the room said it was available from 6am-9am. Curtains were torn and the bottom seams ripped out. Could be a nice place if they would put any effort into it.

"I might stay there again to see if this was an off day. The price was really good."

The location is good. And, for the first impression, everything seemed pretty good.

But then, the pool and hot tub weren't working. The ice machines were both broken. The room wasn't the cleanest and there were little things like worn out carpet and holes in the curtains that need repair. No extra toilet paper or kleenex at all. The tile work in the shower looked like it was going to come apart. Attention to cleanliness and fix things that are broken would be my recommendation
