Absolutely Nothing!

Everything. The hotel was filthy. The carpet should have been changed 30 years ago. There were stains everywhere. The key card to enter the hotel door was broken so anyone can walk in. There is a pool on the property but it’s nasty water and only a 1/3 full not open for use. The booking says breakfast but once at the hotel they informed us they don’t do breakfast anymore. We booked to have a dog and when we arrived they charged 10 dollars more than the booking cost. The ice machines were broken. The bed is just a spring mattress that ripped a hole in my pants because the metal spring caught on my pants. None of the outlets in the room worked to charge anything. I honestly don’t see how Provo building inspectors allow this hotel to remain open.

The location is great.

The motel is old . It needs to be renovated.

No breakfast. They gave us 4 separate rooms before we got one that had been cleaned. Everything was old and worn out and unclean.

The accommodations are very old and are not being taken care of. We had a stream of water coming from the bathtub tap and reported it several times but it was never repaired. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and never repaired. No breakfast. We have stayed here many times but will find another place to stay next time we visit Provo.

There was no response to our requests and no one at the desk in the evening.

The room was pretty nice and a good price. I liked that the bathroom was it's own enclosed space

There was no breakfast and the pool was disgusting and closed. I booked this hotel specifically for the complimentary breakfast and pool and I didn't get either of those things.
