Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg City Center

Het ontbijt is goed en redelijk uitgebreid . De kamer was met balkon , aan de achterkant , weinig lawaai . er is betalende parking ondergronds . de ligging is dicht bij de winkels en Restaurants .

Geur in de badkamer , s 'avonds gemeld , de ochtendploeg wist van niets ? GEEN Airco , wel afzuiging . maar bij meer dan 30° was deze waardeloos . Te ijverig personeel in de ontbijtruimte , ging je iets bijhalen , was je tafel opgeruimd .

Coffee machine didn’t it work in room but hotel staff supplied us with lovely free coffee on our departure !

폭염속에 에어컨이 고장난 방에 있어 무척 고통스러웠습니다. 좀 더 미리 이러한 문제방지와 사전통지가 필요합니다. 고객대응 체계가 부실한듯 합니다.

Location

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room and common areas were clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably hot, especially during the night. The bathroom was also missing basic toiletries, which was unexpected. Another inconvenience was with the hotel parking system. The parking ticket machine did not print a ticket upon entry, and the boom barrier would not open, when I returned at night. I had to walk from the parking area to the front desk, and the staff manually opened the barrier for me.

La ubicación muy cerca del centro y el personal del hotel. Limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones. Tienen garaje propio.
