Central location and value for money

Place needs some minor renovations and hot water doesn’t work in the kitchen sink.

I loved this place. No matter some small things in the kichen.

The owner was contacting on whatsap, but I was waiting by the door to get in to apratment and he did not give me the door code before arriving. Was waiting to be let in to not matter that the door has the code. Other time was easy, I had my set of key.

The location is in the center but at a quite square. The dog was allowed without extra charges. I was able to check in a bit earlier.

The bathroom was not really clean. I found some hairs and dirt, in and around the shower. It’s very dark inside. The curtains from the window in the front I kept close as it is right on a square, people can see in easily and I’m a solo female traveler. There is an outside space but it is built between four walls, which means you only have sun when the sun is on the highest point and the floor was very dirty. It’s was very noisy in the soortement. I could hear every footstep or conversation my upstairs neighbors had or whenever the front door opened or closed. Also the renter was not the friendliest.

Great location, right in the center. We were a bit worried about some previous reviews complaining about the noise. To be honest, they don’t seem fair. It was quite chill with normal noise levels for the city center.

The was only one issue…food gets attacked by little ants. Just don’t leave any traces of food in the open or seal it properly and you’ll be fine.
