The staff were brilliant and our room was very comfortable, all you need for a short stay.

Check in time was 16.30 with no chance for an early check-in, we arrived at 12.00 to find the place all locked up and just by chance a member of staff was starting her shift and let us thankfully drop our bags off,the nearest long stay parking is about half a mile away.

An absolutely fabulous apartment. So tastefully decorated and really comfortable. The location was stunning, next to the station and also overlooking tbe churchyard with all the asdociated wildlife and birds. The enormous sofa was perfect to sink into at the end of a day walking around beautiful Knaresborough!

Plenty of space in the apartment

There wasn't any soap or shower gel available. Unfortunately I didn't realise this until I was in the shower so a little too late to go downstairs and ask for some.
