"Exceptional"

Almost didn't stay there because the reviews weren't great. Not the newest most modern place but staff were all super friendly. Hotel was quiet, shower was hot, bed was comfortable. AC kept it nice and cool. Mini fridge worked. Outlets worked.

Was a clean, comfortable but slightly outdated room. Water pressure in the shower was awesome though! Quiet neighborhood....DQ was steps away!!

"Do better Beckley"

Im sooo itchy but I couldn't complain at the time i was too busy but it's soo bad, why no proper ac? room was hot af...or maybe they was TREATING FOR BEDBUGS NEXT DOOR IDK absolutely Gross blankets and carpets an mirrors no warning of no microwave in room at all

One of the absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed in. Dirty, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, not a single hanger in the closet, no glasses or plastic cups in the room.
