People on staff at the front dest were great, room was good to go, clean and no weird smells.

Cheaper price... I'm always looking for a lower price, but good quality.

Great guess greeting she was superb... The room was very comfortable and not too expensive.

Little run down

Property is definitely in need of updating. Heating unit did not work properly.

No fridge, microwave, coffee pot, cups, ice anywhere. If you're looking for a place to sleep, shower, and leave it's ok at best. Getting in the parking lot is an adventure as you go in from the DQ parking lot or drive thru. View from the room wasn't appealing.

rooms had good beds and were clean and quiet along w reasonable rates. local to many things in the beckley area and the interstate. Nice employees too.................................................................. ...... .....

Rooms need a little bit of tidy up with housekeeping, but other than that, it was comforting, and I felt safe the staff they are well known they are like family to me. I would highly recommending staying here. Bed was comfortable pillows were comfortable. I slept perfectly with my partner didn’t have nobody invading my privacy.

Cleanliness not great. Tub drained slowly. Sink had no stopper. TV reception poor.
