No towels in room sink didn’t drain & heater was very loud & didn’t keep room room warm enough

There was nothing not to like

Local sports event led to uncontrolled children running and screaming in the hallways

For the price, it was a nice room. Big and quiet. Breakfast could use some work, but overall 7.8 out of 10.

Excellent hotel, staff at the front very friendly and does their job excellent

We were very well welcomed to the hotel by the gentleman at the front desk. The room was inside on the first floor as I requested. The room was nice and clean, warm and cozy. My concern when I was getting in and out of the shower and found no grabbers and felt a little unsafe as I have a balance problem.

There were literally no blankets for the beds. In December. We asked at the front desk, if we could get some blankets. “Nope. Sorry… we don’t have blankets.” Heat was inadequate.. We slept in our clothes & still froze.

Very nice staff.

I would say you get what you pay for with a place like this, but the motel is dated and is not the cleanest which is why this is cheaper than places around it. Even some of the repairs that were done were cheaply done. This motel would need significant funding and remodel to address a number of concerns with the condition of the property. It isn’t the worst motel I’ve stayed at, but it is not far off. I did not have a bad experience with the staff as other reviews mention (likely attributing the condition of the place on the staff themself).
