The first room had loose floor boards with insects coming into the room through the cracks between the boards. The second room was filthy with obvious staining on the floor. The third room was slightly better but still very dirty. The desk agent said she would have the manager contact me about the condition of the rooms. I expected a discount based on the inconvenience of having to change rooms twice but never heard from anyone. Horrible experience. I have pictures documenting the filth and broken flooring.

Convenient location

The floor in the was dirty. And the laundry room was filthy. Nasty smell in certain areas going from our room to the lobby. Smelled like cats
