Quality Inn Plainview

Property seems to be in transition phase under, possibly, a new owner. Trash in parking lot and overflowing from outside bins. No dumpster seen. Older woman who set up a great breakfast room, in years past, never came in. Microwave smoked and sparked. Improper outlets for microwave and fridge. Use one, or the other, only.

website advertisement was deceiving In person, property was not acceptable for family. Unclean and bugs was on the floor and viewed several rooms. Was very disappointed.

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was a "cleaner" smell that was very strong the first few hours of our stay.

Did not eat breakfast

It was all great

Dirty floors. Caulking and pealing around countertops. Dirty walls. Tissue stuck in peep hole. Overall poor appearance

We liked the convenience. Restaurants near by. Staff seemed friendly

The floors were sticky. The bathroom had a shower head but the shower didn't work. Bed was ultra soft. Which is good for some but hard on others. Pool needs help. No towels for the pool. There's a bar on location which played loud music till closing. Our room happened to be right next to it. So Sleeping was difficult.

Everything was great!

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean, but it was a dated location. The rooms were upgraded and clean, but the doors felt flimsy and not quite secure because they were old. The same for the restrooms, they were old and a very tight squeeze.

The check in was so amazing and quick!
